Hi Sandhya, Place a towel inside the bowl. Place the chapatis on the towel lined bowl. So the hot steam from hot chapatis will be absorbed by the towel, and the chapatis wont become soggy. As I make them I place the cooked roti in a plastic bag and seal with a twist tie. Steam keeps them soft.
